Return and Refund Policy

Return period

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order (“delivery date”).

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened: the product has not been opened, used, or consumed in any way.
  • Original packaging: the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, seals, and boxes intact.
  • Quality-related issues: if you are returning a product due to a quality-related concern (e.g., damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect item sent), please include a brief explanation of the issue when initiating your return.

Non-returnable items (if applicable) include:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed for reasons other than product defects.
  • Items returned without original packaging or with damaged/label-removed packaging.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days from the delivery date.

Return shipping cost – free returns

We offer free returns for all eligible return requests. No restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our customer support team at info@ryzesuperfoodss.it.com to request a prepaid return shipping label.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer support team via email (info@ryzesuperfoodss.it.com) or phone (+1(801)-989-1735) to request a return merchandise authorization (rma) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  2. Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier drop-off location specified on the label.
  5. Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, you will receive a confirmation email along with refund processing details.

Refund processing time

Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes the eligibility inspection, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

Refund credit timeline

After we process the refund at our facility, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or paypal account). The exact timeframe depends on your financial institution’s processing speed.

Partial refunds and exceptions

  • If the returned item does not meet our eligibility conditions (e.g., packaging has been opened but product quality concern is unproven), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  • If the return request is submitted beyond the 30-day return period, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue store credit in lieu of a refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us immediately at info@ryzesuperfoodss.it.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
