Shipping area
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (us). At this time, we do not offer international shipping to any territories outside of the us.
Order processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days (monday–friday, excluding major us holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping time and delivery
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes an additional 3–6 business days within the contiguous united states. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier’s operational schedule, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped to us addresses. No minimum purchase is required.

We work with a network of reputable carriers—including usps, ups, fedex, and dhl—to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. The specific carrier for your shipment will be determined based on your delivery address, package weight, and current operational capacity.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Change of delivery address
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer support team at info@ryzesuperfoodss.it.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipment.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address you provided. However, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns due to undeliverable address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for the reshipping fee. If you prefer a refund instead, the refund amount will be processed minus the original shipping cost (where applicable).
